Minor Vehicle Collision Sparks Office Attack and Gunfire in Lahore

Kahna police arrest two suspects and recover pistols after a minor vehicle collision reportedly escalates into a confrontation involving gunfire and physical assault at a citizen's workplace.

LAHORE, October 13, 2026: Lahore’s Kahna police have arrested two suspects following an incident in which a minor road collision allegedly escalated into a dispute, leading to gunfire and physical assault at a citizen’s office.

Two Suspects Arrested After Gunfire at Citizen’s Office

According to a spokesperson for the DIG Operations Lahore, the dispute began when vehicles travelling to a wedding function were involved in a minor collision. An argument subsequently broke out between the parties.

Police said the affected citizen chose to pursue legal action rather than engage in further confrontation. However, the suspects allegedly responded by targeting his workplace, where gunfire and physical assault were reported.

Acting on the complaint, Kahna police conducted an operation and arrested two suspects identified as Kashan and Arsalan. Police also recovered pistols from their possession.

Case Registered, Search for Additional Suspects Continues

A case was registered at Kahna Police Station, and further investigation is underway to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and determine the involvement of other individuals.

The police spokesperson confirmed that efforts are continuing to apprehend additional suspects allegedly involved in the incident.

DIG Operations Lahore reiterated that ensuring timely justice for citizens remains a top priority, adding that action would be taken against those found responsible in accordance with the law.

The allegations remain subject to investigation and judicial proceedings.
